Last week saw us attend an inspiring Technology Day hosted by Puresphere at the Noom Hotel, Abidjan Plateau, Côte d’Ivoire.

The event brought together invited oil and gas professionals from across the region, including representatives from ENI, Petrosea, and DGH, creating a valuable forum for collaboration, discussion, and shared learning.

Technology Day was all about knowledge exchange—bringing industry experts together to explore innovation, best practice, and the future of offshore and subsea engineering. Throughout the day, attendees heard a series of insightful presentations from Ulterra, UTEC, and Intermoor, covering a broad range of technical solutions and operational experience.

We were delighted to contribute as part of this programme. Our Operations Director, Chas Spradbery, delivered a presentation focused on innovation in pipeline technology, showcasing our HALO and J‑Low solutions. Chas highlighted how Peritus’ advanced engineering capabilities are helping operators improve safety, enhance installation efficiency, and reduce overall project costs—without compromising performance or reliability.

Beyond the presentations, the event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships within the West African energy community—all in an outstanding setting.
